Description (partial)

Symptom:
L3 Traffic Dropped on Ingress due to Egress interface queue is Zero

Conditions:
L3 flow gets dropped on Ingress as the few Members of egress Bundle interface queue are not mapped properly.
As the Egress interface queue is not mapped properly leading to all the drops.
The suspect is a misconfiguration happens in the schedular hierarchy. In problem scenario we can see that one of the breaked out 10G port is getting connected to this 100G port.
