Description (partial)

Symptom:
Removing  ISIS configuration using the CLI command "no router isis <instance>" could be incorrectly be reported as failed with the following message "Failed to commit one or more configuration items. Please issue 'show configuration failed [inheritance]' from this session to view the errors", despite the configuration being succcessfully removed.

Conditions:
These are the conditions under which you may experience the symptoms
Under high CPU load conditions , when configuration is scaled to include more than 120 adjacencies and 8K routes.
	"weight" configured for all the physical or bundle interfaces that have routes learned on them by ISIS protocol.
