Symptom:
while checking the antispam logs of the ESA, we may encounter similar messages as follows:

Warning: case antispam - engine (xxxx) : [MID xxxx ] Use of uninitialized value in int at Mail/case-daemon/Plugin/CASECheck.pm line 2214.

Conditions:
The AntiSpam scanning is disabled for a mail policy while outbreak filtering is enabled, and an email matches that policy
