: : : :

Reload Trigger point:-
Chassis reloaded at configuration,
while binding the NDR "viavi-ndr-01" with the NDR-profile "1280"
CMD: 'cable rpd 8BFJA' 12:09:38 MST Tue Jul 28 2020
CMD: 'core-interface Te1/1/6' 12:09:38 MST Tue Jul 28 2020
CMD: 'rpd-us 0 static-pseudowire viavi-ndr-01 profile 1280' 12:09:38 MST Tue Jul 28 2020
config failure:-
While binding the NDR-profile, we have to validation the NDR profile frequency with docsis frequency for overlapping.
Failure is seen while fetching the docsis profile.
#5 0x000055f05a0a24d6 in __be_buginf (fmt=0x55f06560c32c "\nERROR: %s failed to get rf channelfrequency from profile %d") at ../VIEW_ROOT/cisco.comp/system-infra/mgmt/logger/src/logger.c:7699

RCA for the reload:-
The RPHY_DEPI_ERR log message is used to capture the error log.
Where we are trying to log the DOCSIS profile ID, which is an integer but accessed as a string data type.
Which will try to access the memory as a string and reloaded with a Segmentation fault(11)
