Last Modified

  • Sourcefire Defense Center

Known Affected Releases

6.4.0 6.5.0 6.6.0

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Upon selecting the device in access policy -> analyse hit count option, initially it throws an error that "An internal error occurred" . After that, when we click the fetch current hit count option in the same page, it throws a proper error message : Hit counts are not supported on the selected device. Hit counts are supported only on FTD devices having version 6.4 and above

"An Internal Error Occurred " message is mis-leading. Ideally, it should throw the proper validation message upon selecting the ASA SFR device
