Symptom:
Modification of QoS ACLs using recommended scale (2K entries for IPv4 and 1K entries for IPv6 per NPU) leads to a long commit time (8min +).

Conditions:
This happens in case the QoS policy using these ACLs for classification is attached to interfaces spread across multiple NPUs on the same LC
