Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Webcam video from Webex Meetings app participants as seen by CMR participants (joined via TelePresence, Room Devices, Desk Devices, Webex Teams, SIP, H.323, etc.) as the "Cisco Webex" or "Cisco WebEx" participant is extremely poor quality with heavy macroblocking and distorted images and colors. Thumbnail and active-speaker video between CMR participants (e.g., a TelePresence participant viewing the video stream from a Room Device's camera) is unaffected. Conditions: The Webex Meeting's CMR participants are connected to the meeting using Video Platform v1.0 ("CMR3") and the Webex Multi-Media Platform ("MMP") server(s) used for the meeting are running on an affected software version.
