Cisco Bug: CSCvv19549 - Multiple ERSPAN Destination sessions not working as expected

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When we configure two ERSPAN Destination session with two different ERSPAN ID, 2nd ERSPAN destination does not work.

Traffic from both session is sent to destination port defined defined in 1st ERSPAN destination.

In the example below ERSPAN Encapsulated traffic from both sessions will be send to E1/4

Note x.x.x.x is the same ip under both sessions above.

Conditions:
Two ERSPAN Destination Sessions configured with two different ERSPAN Session ID
