Description (partial)

Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Configure an Ipv6 address on an interface
2. Verify that the default router-lifetime is set to default 1800 sec (600*3)
3. Change the Max-rainterval to 30 by issuing the following command
ipv6 nd ra-interval 30 min 10
4. verify the ra-lifetime gets changed to 90 secs (3x ra-interval)
show ipv6 nd interface <interface name>
5. Now configure the ra-lifetime back to be 1800 by issuing the following command
ipv6 nd ra-lifetime 1800
6. verify the user-configured router-life time is set by issuing
show ipv6 nd interface <interface name> and we see it is set back to default (3x ra-interval) 90 sec instead of 1800 as per just configured command
7. Now configure the ra-lifetime to 1801 or any other value except 1800
9. Verify the ra-lifetime by issuing the following command
show ipv6 nd interface <interface name> and we see the ra-lifetime changing to the just configured value.

We can configure ra-lifetime to any value except for 1800 secs which is the default; therefore 3x current configure ra-interval, but never actually able to set it to 1800.
