Description (partial)

Symptom:
1.  NAT64 translations not been create.
NAT64 statistics not seen.

2. show services p2mp trace all location <VSM> will have similar output to:
  [se_p2mp_srvr_send_req] timed out [seq no 224][client 1][failed cores !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....!!!!....!!!!!!!!....!!!!!!!!]

If follow path from typhoon 10G to the APP we see traffic going out to the APP but no return.

3. p2mp  or cgn_ma process block may be seen as a side effect.

4. The Data buffer available counter is 0, which mean buffered  here.
