Description (partial)

A Nexus 3000 switch would send an IPv6 RA message with the A bit set even if an interface is configured with the 'no-autoconfig' keyword:

interface Vlan40
  ipv6 address 2603:1040:40d:40b2::1/64
  ipv6 nd managed-config-flag
  ipv6 nd prefix 2603:1040:40d:40b2::/64 infinite infinite no-autoconfig <---

Use of the no-autoconfig in the following CLI:
  ipv6 nd prefix <ipv6_address> infinite infinite no-autoconfig
