Cisco Bug: CSCvv18354 - Call History will not display 500 entries when calls involve multiple components

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: VCS/Expressway is limited to 500 call entries, in its call history, since server last restart; however if calls involve multiple components (B2BUA) they can be counted as "3" which causes the server to quickly reach its 500 limit (seen in log files) while it has not yet reached its 500 call entries in webUI callhistory page. Conditions: Behavior is more noticeable in boxes processing a significant amount of calls in which B2BUA is invoked.
