Description (partial)

Symptom:
Not all the service-engine interfaces are shown with the "show interfaces" command 

Example:

Interfaces appear in the configuration, but the interface 0/3/0 is not shown in the "show interfaces" section. 
This is a cosmetic bug. The interfaces can be configured.

Conditions:
There are SPA-SDP cards inserted in subslots 0/3 and 1/3.
Therefore, Service-Engine interfaces 0/3/0 and 1/3/0 are put in a state to "UP".
