Description (partial)

Symptom:
snort cores on FTD, and following logs are seen repeatedly:

sfpreproc:TimestampedFile [INFO] Unable to open directory '/ngfw/var/sf/user_enforcement': Too many open files

Conditions:
On FMC, under /var/sf/user_enforcement, locate latest uip/ugm snapshot and log entry file, and the suffix of log file is not equal to suffix of snapshot file plus 1.

Good files example: uip_snapshot.11245 and uip_log_entries.11246
Bad files example: uip_snapshot.11245 and uip_log_entries.4487
