Description (partial)

Cat6800 firmware/FPGA upgrades may fail to complete when only one of two required commands are used resulting in a CRITICAL_FPGA_UPGRADE message being seen during module boot.

Seen on Cat6800 series switches that receive the following error:

        ************************ !! UPDATE REQUIRED !! ************************

Critical firmware upgrade available for Module: 1.
Please refer Software release documentation for more information.

Documentation indicates that two commands are required to have the upgrade complete successfully, but one of them does not parse.
