Release-note

Symptom:
When an interface is reconfigured from HSRP config to VRRP with the same VRID or vice-versa, the configuration is rejected by the IOS XR software component. Due to this the hardware was not programmed and this in turn led to permanent drop of traffic.

Sample IOS Log:
LC/0/0/CPU0:Jul 28 17:08:19.569 UTC: vlan_ea[201]: %PLATFORM-DNX_VLAN_EA-3-VRRP_HSRP : Same ID for VRRP & HSRP not supported for intf. ID:100 already configured for interface Te0/0/0/8 (0xd0).

Conditions:
Removing an interface from the HSRP config and adding it to the VRRP config with the same VRID or vice-versa.
