Description (partial)

Protected Adjacency SID with a backup interface will not get deleted immediately whne the corresponding interface goes down. They will be retained for a period (15 minutes) and will be deleted only if that interface does not come back in that time frame.
But this case should not be applicable to the SID values that do not have a backup.

In the defect scenario, the Protected Adjacency SIDs that do not have a backup are also not getting deleted immediately. They are getting deleted after 15 minutes only.

1. Segment Routing is enabled.
2. Adjacency sid does not have a backup.
2. The interface goes down.
