Description (partial)

Symptom:
VIC can not handle the multicast traffic of more than 100 MBPS in Shared mode causing the network drops

Conditions:
C series Servers used in standalone mode with NIC Mode set to Cisco card and MLOM/VIC carrying the management traffic
Also Multicast traffic i used the environment on some VM
When Multicast traffic exceeds the VIC's capablity of 100 MBPS
