Description (partial)

Symptom:
ICMPv6 packets are duplicated under certain conditions. The originating client receives four replies for each request.

Conditions:
I. The feature interface-vlan is enabled

II. TCAM carving:
hardware access-list tcam region ing-racl 1024
hardware access-list tcam region nat 256
hardware access-list tcam region ing-redirect 256

III. The vlan interface has an IPv6 address and "no ipv6 redirect" enabled

IV. The ICMPv6 packet has an ID value which is not zero.
