Description (partial)

Symptom:
Under specific circumstances,ASA code running on 4110 chassis is showing port-channel bandwidth as 0 mbps.Correct bandwidth can be seen on FXOS cli

No impact on port-channel working,issue is only cosmetic

Conditions:
4110 firepower running ASA code

ASA Version: 9.8(4)10
HW Platform: FPR4K-SM-12


Below output was taken from ASA cli,
