Description (partial)

Symptom:
Crash happens because of memory leak at sessmgr. This crash could happen at any call of sessmgr where memory is allocated after memory is already exhausted.

Conditions:
Condition was ICMP packets (IPv4) with TTL 0 or 1.
sessmgr restart caused by memory leak issue. Memory allocation failed and sessmgr restart was generated.
