Description (partial)

Symptom:
1) configure timedef rule tdef1 with a ruledef IP_PACKET_1
2) Run hping traffic matching IP_PACKET_1,  Observe that traffic hits the rule def IP_PACKET_1
3) Unconig Timedef rule tdef1  using  "no timedef"  configuration

      action priority 1 timedef tdef1 ruledef IP_PACKET_1 charging-action ca_IP_PACKET_1
4) Run hping traffic matching IP_PACKET_1,  
   Observe that traffic hits the rule def IP_PACKET_1 instead of catchall
