Description (partial)

Symptom:
There is a default timeout of 15 seconds for the slaves to respond back to the master whenever a configuration command is executed. When that doesn't happen, a message like the following is displayed:

unit-2-1/CTX1/asa/master(config)# no access-list TCM-http-outside extended permit object-group NEW object-group OG2 object-group OGD1
ERROR: Failed to replicate command to one or more cluster slave units

This bug is being filed to fix the wording of the message above to more accurately reflect the underlying condition.

Conditions:
ASA/FTD configured in a cluster setup.
