Description (partial)

Symptom:
PSUs in Spare Mode Report Predictive Failure in CMC_Manager Logs when in a 6454 FI and 2408 IOM Combination. An example of these logs has been provided below. 

CMC_Manager logs show that the current PSU in Spare Mode asserts a Predictive Failure which does not de-assert until the PSU moves to Active.

No Faults are reported in UCSM, but in some circumstances this can lead to an Amber Light on the chassis itself.
