Description (partial)

Symptom:
The process instorch abnormally restarts.

Conditions:
LNT install operation where the FPD is upgraded, but communications between the FPD client and install fail.

When running <cmdBold>run inst_show_last_tb<noCmdBold>, there is a traceback that looks similar to:
