Description (partial)

IPV6 Multihop BFD between N9K and non-N9K does not comes up and use shutted down SVI as source interface instead the one set up under bgp. At the same time, it use Single hop instead of Multihop

Symptom:
Source interface is Vlan300 instead the one set in bgp update source. Type is SH instead of MH

On Wireshark capture the device does recive the BFD with lo0:

Conditions:
Multihop BFD between N9K and Non-N9K device with update-source loopback on both N9K and Non-N9K.

N9K is running 9.3.4 software release

we got the same SVI configured but on n9K we shut the SVI down
