Description (partial)

Small memory leak caused by ISIS update process can be observed. Memory is named "Admin group".

Feature BGPLS is enabled, it means command distribute link-state is present in the configuration under router isis.
Network runs MPLS traffic engineering and Admin group sub-TLVs or Extended Admin Group sub-TLVs (also called affinities) are propagated in neighbour TLVs.

Even with above configuration memory leak is not happening always, it happens if very rare timing condition is hit during LSP update.
