Symptom:
AXIS -File not found exception seen for CDRonDemandService

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path System - Enterprise parameter page - Set form-based in Authentication Method for API Browser Access . CLick on save and apply config.
Post logout and enter below URL:

Use of URL's mentioned in Defect Summary followed by accessing View Call Detail Records on Demand WSDL link results in AXIS error
