Heap Memory exhaustion in 12.5 SU2 

Description: Customer has a 36 node cluster deployment as part of the ILS network. 

Every 5-6 days , a memory warning gets generated and a heap file gets generated wherein we see that CiscoJ socket() objects being piled up in the heapdump. 

Disabling UDS service resolves the issues. The top APIs are /version /server /clusterUser. 

As part of the analysis from CiscoJ team they have released a new image which fixes this memory leak.
