Symptom:
In PCCE/UCCE Solution Guide, under section "Customer Virtual Assistant Considerations", please mention or add a Note saying, CVA feature supported only on VVB and its NOT supported with VXML Gateway.

Also publish the same caveat in the Compatibility Matrix documents as well.
