Description (partial)

Symptom:
When specifying minutes other than 00, a 404 is returned specifying 00min is only supported for the duration.
{"error": {"message": "duration attribute supports only 00 minutes..", "code": "404", "explanation": "404 = Nothing matches the given URI."}}

URI:
/sma/api/v2.0/reporting/mail_incoming_traffic_summary?device_type=esa&device_group_name=Hosted_Cluster&startDate=2020-07-21T21:00:00.000Z&endDate=2020-07-21T21:48:00.000Z

When looking at the documentation:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/esa/esa13-0/api/b_ESA_API_Guide.pdf

Page:
10

It appears that min is supported. else it wouldn't have specified mm.
This is a required parameter. All API queries should be accompanied by this
parameter.
startdate=YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:00.000Z&endDate=YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:00.000Z

Conditions:
Do API query modifying the mm section, use something different from 00, the query will fail.

startdate=YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:00.000Z&endDate=YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:00.000Z

Example:

URI:
/sma/api/v2.0/reporting/mail_incoming_traffic_summary?device_type=esa&device_group_name=Hosted_Cluster&startDate=2020-07-21T21:00:00.000Z&endDate=2020-07-21T21:48:00.000Z

{"error": {"message": "duration attribute supports only 00 minutes..", "code": "404", "explanation": "404 = Nothing matches the given URI."}}
