Known Affected Releases

12.1

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Localization data for individual dictionary fields, belonging to an active form component, can be added from Localization -> Content Strings -> Entity: "Active Form" > Instance: "<afc_instance>" > Dictionaries: "<dictionary_instance>" > Attributes: "dictionary_field_name".

However, after adding localization data from the above page, and hitting "Save," the data disappears. When we view localization data for all fields in the dictionary, by selecting "All" from the Attributes drop-down, we can notice that the added localization data for a field, say A, shows up against a different field, say X.

A couple points to note here:

1. This issue, for individual dictionary field attributes, happens only the first time the data is added. Subsequent attempts to add and save localization data work properly.
2. This issue is not present when adding localization data from the All Dictionary Attributes page.
