Description (partial)

Symptom:
Forwarding table for specific host not being updated when routing protocol stops advertising particular prefix or network where particular host is located.

Conditions:
If we have routing protocol advertising particular subnet and at same time static SXP entry for particular host being located in above mentioned subnet then routing protocol flap is not triggering forwarding table to be updated and traffic is black hauled. Forwarding table looks to be correctly updated after SXP configuration is removed from the configuration of SXP speaker.
