Description (partial)

Symptom:
AnyConnect client is unable to access Virtual IP (VIP) on VPN Load Balancing cluster, if the AnyConnect client accesses the VIP through Proxy Authentication.

Conditions:
This issue is confirmed in the following condition.
- Certificate map feature is enabled on the ASAs
- AnyConnect client needs to access ASAs through Proxy Authentication (Basic)
- AnyConnect client accesses Virtual IP on VPN Load Balancing Cluster
