Symptom: Upon hovering a 10G port on WebUI the tooltip is showing "Port is operating at 1000Mbps" instead of 10G as is showing in the CLI outputs: The interface is up/up and the transceiver is 10G. Switch#sh int te2/0/2 TenGigabitEthernet2/0/2 is up, line protocol is up (connected) Hardware is Ten Gigabit Ethernet, address is ..... MTU 1500 bytes, BW 10000000 Kbit/sec, DLY 10 usec, reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255 Encapsulation ARPA, loopback not set Keepalive not set Full-duplex, 10Gb/s, link type is auto, media type is SFP-10GBase-SR Switch#sh inventory NAME: "Te2/0/2", DESCR: "SFP-10GBase-SR" PID: SFP-10G-SR , VID: V03 , SN:.... Conditions: Issue is seen by entering the IP address of the Cisco device in a web browser. In the WebUI dashboard after clicking the Switch View tab and selecting the "Speed" radio button.
