Description (partial)

Symptom:
* MAP-RAP Link reset  after several days of being stable, after upgrade to 8.10.121.5
* RAP generates Radio Core and Radio Event files

When resets were presented, RAP and MAPs showing the following TRACEBACK pattern

Conditions:
Apparently occuring during heavy traffic crossing the wireless Link.
