Cisco Bug: CSCvv09213 - SNMP Alarm if Agent 1 goes through RONA for a PCS call flow

Symptom: If an agent doesn't answer and the call RONA's to another agent, PCS throws an exception which triggers an SNMP alarm. The error: B2BUA is not configured with a Post call survey dialed number for  . Please add the Post call survey dialed number for this in-bound DN:  . [id:5010] Conditions: We are executing ,PCS scenario , call flow is as follows 1) Callers call Agent 1 2) Agent 1 doesn't answer call 3) Agent2 answers the call and disconnect 4) Caller should hear PCS . The call flow is working as expected but we are getting an error log, but we get an SNMP alarm.
