Symptom: Unable to join meeting when Teams client is connected to desk IP phone or Soft phone Conditions: When Webex teams client is connected to a IP phone of Soft phone (registered in CUCM) the user is unable to join any meeting when he tries to open the meeting link. He gets an error message saying the connection could not be established.
