Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a flow is offloaded to HW (static or dynamic flow offload) then the FTD puts in the Ethernet header of the egress packets the Global MAC address instead of the site-specific MAC. 

In specific scenarios the above behavior can cause a small traffic interruption due to MAC flap.

Conditions:
Flow-offload is used (dynamic or static)
