- Network Level Service
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Span loss values are not properly updated in MLT and Link360 view when link is disconnected Conditions: Have a NCS2K setup with OCHCC WSON/OCHTrail WSON. Disconnect one end of the link traversed by the circuits by pulling out fiber. Issue 1- Span loss values are not retrieved properly in MLT in case one side is down. Observing in MLT the old span loss values are seen on the side which is disconnected instead of showing it as NA. Sometimes gives error as Failed to fetch span loss data. Issue 2 - Span loss values in link 360 not updated if one end of the link is down. Observed in link 360, spanloss doesn't show NA where fiber is disconnected. It shows wrong span loss values which is duplicate of the other end span loss.
