Symptom:
Importing contacts via .csv
Contact is considered "I" for Internal
Contact has the 'CONTACT_UNIQUE_REF' filled with 9 or less characters
***Based on CUAC-Advanced 'SampleFile.txt', the 'CONTACT_UNIQUE_REF' field is an optional field***

Upload of the file is successful
Insert of the contact(s) is successful

However, searching for the uploaded contact via Contact Management yields NO INCREASE in total number of contacts or in searchable contact that was just uploaded.
