Description (partial)

Symptom:
HyperFlex clusters deployed via Intersight SaaS or Intersight air-gapped appliance may have been set to replication factor 2 (RF2) when the desired configuration was replication factor 3 (RF3).

Conditions:
The following conditions must be true:
- Fresh install occurred between July 2 and July 23 on Intersight SaaS
- Fresh install using Intersight Private Virtual Appliance (air-gapped) using the HX 4.0(2b) bundles
- Cluster must be under Cisco Fabric Interconnects (HX Edge is not impacted)
- Installation must be for HyperFlex data platform version 4.0(1b), 4.0(2b), or 4.0(2c)
- User must have desired & set replication factor 3 in the cluster profile
