Description (partial)

Symptom:
Switches that were added added into a fabric via Brownfield import and had port-channels with some config CLIs that are inherited to the member ports may be out of sync. Attempting to deploy the pending diffs will fail

Conditions:
* Switches added to a DCNM Easy Fabric via Brownfield import
* switches have port-channel configurations with additional configs in the PO freeform that are implicitly inherited to the member ports
* the BF import will capture the inherited CLIs in the individual member freeforms
* When RMA is done with the 'Manual RMA' flow, the pending diffs in DCNM will include the configuration for the inherited. These will fail to get deployed to the switches since they are rejected by the switches

Note: RMA using POAP flow is not affected
