Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some users from the Webex site cannot start their PMR from the Webex Desktop application, they are getting the error message: "We've hit a glitch in connecting to the Webex service. Try again later.".

Conditions:
All the affected users are running macOS on different versions (Catalina, Mojave).
