Description (partial)

Symptom:
Waas node group loses service context mapping while change VRF in service context

Conditions:
After edit service context & changing VRF, it is removing 2nd WNG from the service context waas/1 

1)	Create Cluster with 1 SN using ?VRF Global? in service context
2)	Add New WNG
3)	Add new SN & assign to New WNG
4)	Edit service context waas/1 and change VRF from ?VRF Global? to ? VRF default?

Observed Behavior: It is removed ?New WNG? from waas/1 . Template is success. This issue is occurred when WNG is not mapped with any appnav policy
