Description (partial)

Symptom:
Flex Algo Paths not present for certain prefixes. Show ospf flex-ago routes does not show certain flex algo prefixes

Conditions:
When peer router(such as Ixia) adds first stub link and then its corresponding point-to-point link in the router LSA, 
For Example :

In the Above topology, if R1 advertises its connectivity with R2 in router LSA as below
 Link connected to: a Stub Network =============> First Stub link is added in Router LSA
     (Link ID) Network/subnet number: 1.0.0.0
     (Link Data) Network Mask: 255.255.255.0
      Number of TOS metrics: 0
       TOS 0 Metrics: 10

    Link connected to: another Router (point-to-point) ====> Then follows point to point link
     (Link ID) Neighboring Router ID: 100.1.0.1
     (Link Data) Router Interface address: 1.0.0.1
      Number of TOS metrics: 0
       TOS 0 Metrics: 10
