Description (partial)

Symptom:
Mail's will get amp query timed ou, because of File reputation server registration failure.

Conditions:
1) On-prem Pcloud and TG 
2) change the query timed out  from default (15sec) to 30 sec( any value)
3)  amp process will be restarted because of query timed out the value change
4) Mail will get timed out, amp file reputation server timed out.
