Description (partial)

Symptom:
1. Multiple email alerts are sent by CMX about :
- Nmsp connection to WLCs going up and down
- Nmsplb service not reporting health

2. Nmsplb service is shown as "Running" in "cmxctl status".

3. No new message logs in "nmsplbserver.log" file since the time of the failure.

4. CMX's GUI may show Nmsplb service in either Green or Red (Crashed) status and Controllers cycling between red and not shown at all.

5. Command "cmxctl config controllers show" in CMX's CLI may take some minutes to run and show a set of errors starting with "Traceback (most recent call last):"

Conditions:
3365 CMX Location appliance with 26 reporting WLCs and around 2150 APs

Analytics service manually disabled
