Description (partial)

Symptom:
Users on macOS cannot log in into Webex Desktop App. Once the user adds the email address, the result would be that IdP will ask for credentials, but it's not happening. Instead, users are getting a blank screen.

macOS 10.15.6
Webex Desktop App: 40.6.6.7
IdP  (PingFederate)
