Cisco Bug: CSCvv05767 - dci-ucast tunnel are not programmed on newly added MultiSite Spines.
Oct 02, 2020
- Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When multi-site spine is added or a non-multisite spine is updated to multi-site spine by assigning the spineRole and setting the Intersite Peering flag, dci tunnels types are not updated properly. This leads to traffic drop on destination site spine. Conditions: When multi-site spine is added or a non-multisite spine is updated to multi-site spine, dci tunnels types are not updated properly. The issue is not consistent and is caused due to order in which some MOs are pushed to spines. If fvNodeDef is pushed after fvLocale, then the tunnels are not updated correctly. The issue wont be observed if the order is reversed.
